Rebecca is a fully qualified practitioner whose inspiration and support enables people to heal and live happy healthy lives. In practice for over fourteen years she draws on Naturopathy, Counselling, Nutrition, Massage and Doula (birthing support). These modalities collectively have provided Rebecca with immeasurable insight into how to support people with their health and well being.

Rebecca's philosophy is to provide therapeutic support, education and inspiration to improve physical, emotional, mental and spiritual well being. She continues to grow in knowledge and experience; reviewing current research, attending workshops and seminars.
